Restaurant CANTINA LA 15 S.A.S is a Vallecaucana company, which is concerned about providing an impeccable service, for this reason, it is of utmost importance to ensure the health of customers, the excellent quality of all products and processes carried out in our facilities, regarding food, for that reason it has been decided to implement the policy of quality and food safety.

This consists of committing to perform all food production processes in an appropriate and sustainable manner, with high quality standards, from the time of purchase of inputs and raw materials, to the service within the establishment, ensuring safety and traceability, this objective will be met through the implementation in the production line 8 PM, governed by the relevant state laws.
